– We accept returns for DIY customized printing products within 10 days of delivery.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
2. *Non-Returnable Items:*
– We cannot accept returns on personalized or customized items unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part.
– Any downloadable software products or digital files are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. *Refund Process:*
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. *Return Shipping:*
– Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
– If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

– Orders for DIY customized printing products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
